Los Angeles ADU Contractor

What it takes

The zoning question comes first.

An ADU is a planning problem before it is a building problem. What you are allowed to build, where, and how big, decides everything that follows.

We answer that first, then design a unit that earns every square foot, and take it through plan check, utilities and final inspection.

  • Zoning and setbacks checked before design
  • Plan check and permits handled in-house
  • Utilities and final sign-off included

Scope

What we take on.

Detached ADUs

New standalone units for rental, family or guests, sited to keep the yard usable.

Garage conversions

Turning existing structures into living space, including the insulation, services and egress that requires.

Attached ADUs

Units built onto the house with their own entry, so both households keep their privacy.

Guesthouses and offices

Smaller builds for work or visitors, specified for year-round use.

Zoning and plan check

The paperwork, drawings and back-and-forth with the city, handled by us.

Utilities and inspections

Water, power and drainage run and signed off properly.

Common Questions

The things people ask us first.

Can I build an ADU on my lot?
Usually there is a way, but it depends on your lot, setbacks and the local rules. That is the first thing we check and it costs you nothing to ask.
Garage conversion or new build?
A conversion is normally cheaper and faster; a new build gives you the layout you actually want. We will price both if it is close.
Do you handle the permits?
Yes, in-house, from zoning through plan check to final inspection.
