1. Services offered
We provide construction and remodeling services across Los Angeles and the surrounding counties, including but not limited to:
- Outdoor construction and backyard design
- Pools, patios and decks
- Accessory dwelling units (ADUs)
- Landscaping
- Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
- Flooring and painting
- Outdoor kitchens and showers
- Car ports and custom gates
- Fire protection installations
2. Estimates and consultations
Consultations and estimates are free. Final pricing may vary with the scope of the project, material availability, labor and anything unforeseen. Estimates are non-binding unless stated otherwise in writing.
3. Project timelines
Durations are agreed during consultation. We work to the schedule we give you, and delays can still happen through weather, permit approvals or material supply. We tell you about changes as soon as we know.
4. Permits and compliance
Right Path Builders handles the necessary permits and ensures work complies with local and state regulations. We are licensed and insured in the State of California, CSLB licence 1118256.
5. Warranty
Our builds carry a one-year limited workmanship warranty covering defects in workmanship. It does not cover damage from misuse, natural disasters or alterations by others.
6. Payment terms
Payment schedules are set out in your service agreement. Late payment may delay a project or incur additional charges. We accept several forms of payment and financing may be available for qualifying projects.
7. Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel after signing, a cancellation fee may apply to cover design, planning or materials already ordered. Refunds follow the terms in your agreement.
8. Liability
Right Path Builders is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. We aim to resolve any dispute quickly and fairly.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continuing to use our services or this website after a change means you accept the revised terms.
